US Domestic Shipping
Your item will be shipped to you using USPS within 3-5 business days of the order date. Once it is mailed, you will receive an email with the tracking number and estimated date of arrival. Should an issue arise, you will receive an email.
Returns
7 Days to Return
You have 7 days to notify us in writing (via a message) that you wish to return an item. We cannot accept a return without prior written notice from you. When said item is returned to us, we will issue a refund as long as the item has not been damaged in your posession. After the 7 days, we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs for an approved item is the responsbility of the Buyer.
Broken Bracelet
Should a Bracelet break, notify us in writing within 30 days. When said Bracelet is returned to us, we will either remake the Bracelet or issue a refund. Most bracelets break due to a Buyer stretching the bracelet. In the Menu under Moonfeathers Handmade, please read the proper way to measure your wrist, how to put it on and take it off correctly to deter breakage. After the 30 days, we will not accept a return, make a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
See the Policy on Returns above. We do not exchange items. You are, however, welcome to return the item for a refund and purchase another item.
